Fran Quinn is a writer from Dublin, Ireland.

She writes emotionally authentic stories where characters question authority, survive grief, and wrestle with identity and purpose — be it in an alternate Irish history, a political thriller, or modern rom-com. With over thirty years of writing experience, from junior infants to now, she loves writing about love, death, oppression, rebellion, living outside the norm, family relationships, friendship, queerness, and chronic illness.

She is an avid music fan, reader and very amateur painter. When she’s not hanging out with her friends, she’s babysitting her nieces. She spends an incredibly large amount of time resting.
